our team

Allison Drennon

Account Executive

For her strong work ethic and drive to see her clients succeed, Allison credits her father, who charged her with her first job at a young age – scrubbing toilets in his physical therapy office. Since trading the toilet seat for a seat at our conference table, she stays devoted to our education, restaurant and distribution clients.

Drew Finkbeiner

Director of Northwest Arkansas

"Drew-man" as he is known around the agency is pretty much the coolest cat we know. As our main man in the Northwest Arkansas office, Drew's big-agency, big-client experience on accounts like Audi, Citrix and the like is a big plus for the agency's clients. After allowing Drew to exile himself in Colorado for a couple of years, we're glad he's back in Arkansas and glad he's back with the Sells Agency.

Jason Rogers

Jason Rogers

Art Director

Jason is the brain behind the website you're visiting right now and the agency's chief designer for not only our own branding efforts, but our office space design, too. A new dad, Jason is about the most laid-back guy you'll ever know (he even slumps in a contorted laid-back posture in his office chair!) If you ever want to engage Jason in an animated conversation, just ask him what he thinks about the latest Mac product.

Mark Schulte

Creative Director

Advertising may have put his childhood dreams of a veterinary career behind him, but Mark is still in the business of herding cats. He's been with us since 2000, keeping order in the creative department and overseeing every major campaign for all of our clients since becoming creative director in 2003.

Thad James

Interactive Designer

The last time he worked around anything printed, a very young Thad was pitching newspapers at his neighbors' doorsteps. As partner in our interactive division, he tends to our clients' every online and digital need. When he's not knee-deep in code, there's a good chance this family man has escaped to New Orleans on "baby parole."

Amber Coldicott

Office Manager

The voice of the Sells Agency since 1999, Amber is an anchor of our daily operations and is the longest tenured employee of the agency. Whether you've called or come to visit, you have undoubtedly encountered her unfailing cheerfulness. How does she do it? We suspect it's a side effect of frequent trips to her favorite tropical beaches.

Emily Canada

PR Account Executive

As our Little Rock office's reigning PR queen, Emily represents the Sells Agency at all times, working with the media, organizing events and keeping our clients in the public eye. But all of that can wear a girl out. That's why above flight, x-ray vision or any other superpower, Emily wishes she could be like Samantha on TV's "Bewitched" – able to snap her fingers and be dressed and ready to go.

Jon Hodges

Art Director

When there's a birthday at the Sells Agency, we rely on our lead bass, Jon, to start the celebration. A loyal member of the Sells Agency crew since 2002, Jon is the quiet, deep thinker of the group. Jon's experience and patience are a great asset to our clients. While he may be the last to get to the office many days, he's almost always the last to leave, too, preferring to have some quiet time late in the day to do his best work.

Mike Sells

Owner/CEO

Mike claims he begins each day with coffee and quiet time, but things get anything but quiet once that first pot of joe kicks in. Our always-on CEO stays much in demand, constantly making sure our clients' needs are met. Mike joined his dad's PR firm in 1995 and has been fueling its growth as a full-service marketing firm ever since.

Casey Scabarozi

Assoc. Account Executive

Ask any of us to describe Casey, and you'll probably hear "sweet" – either for her sunshine-laden voice or the steady stream of sugar pulsing through her veins. Casey loves her coworkers, but her hands-down favorite thing about working in our Fayetteville office is its proximity to a gourmet cupcake shop. Casey's experience working in the advertising department of a national retailer based in Missouri means she brings a great perspective to her work for our clients.

Gaea Miller

Director of Finance

She's likes to talk about movies, but you'll have to get to know Gaea before you find out much more about her. Quietly she crunches the agency's numbers all day, writing checks and paying the bills. If you think we're creative, you should see her with a balance sheet.

Kati Wessinger

Assoc. Art Director

It's been said that we like to celebrate at the Sells Agency. With all the potlucks, birthday parties and showers, Kati and her affinity for cake decorating have fit in perfectly. Today, however, she's more likely to enjoy a warm hug from her dog, Ella, than a warm cake. She stays busy working on projects for almost every client. Kati's perspective and disposition are great additions to the otherwise all male creative team.

Sarah Kurrus

Assoc. Account Executive

A veteran of our internship program, Sarah is happiest when her day is anything but routine. For someone who likes surprises, it's fair to say she picked the right profession. Her adaptability comes in handy, as she works on many of our clients from banking and healthcare to fitness and tourism. When you meet Sarah, be sure to watch her hands – they're in motion anytime her mouth is.

Camille Flores

Media Assistant

She once helped Snoop Dogg pick out a pair of shoes, but now she's more likely to be picking out running shoes for herself. Probably the most athletic Sells Agency staffer, she's now flexing her negotiating muscles by assisting Greg in media buys for all of our accounts. Look for her when you visit, but she'll see you first – she brags about having the best people-watching office in the agency.

Greg Harrison

Media Director

Though his days as a radio DJ are long behind him, Greg can still be found taking callers and making sure commercials get played. He lends his more than 15 years of experience to artfully placing the radio, TV, print and online ads of all our clients. Greg is most happy in his new office that isn't smack-dab in the middle of the kitchen.

Kristen Burgeis

Account Executive

Don't let Kristen's big smile and love of laughter fool you, she's a force to be reckoned with when it comes to managing client accounts. Whether it's coordinating the marketing efforts of her aviation, tourism, healthcare or retail accounts, she manages to balance her workload with a positive attitude and some really funny stories of her always eventful life.

Stacey Roberts

PR Account Executive

If she could pick a superpower, it would be to read people's thoughts, so it's only fitting that she would influence the thoughts of thousands through her PR skills. For someone who was nicknamed "Grace" ironically, we think she has plenty of it. Don't believe us? Ask her two faithful dogs or her even more faithful clients.
