For over 15 years the Sells Agency has had an office in Fayetteville, Arkansas to supplement our main office in Little Rock and better serve our clients in Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding region. Earlier this year, we moved our Fayetteville office to a new space and are now located at 112 W. Center St., right off the Historic Downtown Square.
The Sells NWA office is on the fifth floor, in what was formerly known as the EJ Ball Building. While primarily office space, the building also has some great businesses to check out, such as Fresco Restaurant & Cocktails and Alchemy Macarons, both on the entry level, as well as Vault, a new cocktail bar located in the basement’s former bank vault. The property itself was recently purchased and revamped by one of our clients, Moses Tucker Realty. The client connection to the building made moving the Fayetteville office that much more special.
Sells has had an office in downtown Fayetteville since 2002, a prime location for the agency, with clients Experience Fayetteville and Arvest Bank both housed on the square. Not to mention, the square is close to popular Fayetteville spots and attractions, including the Fayetteville Farmers’ Market, the Downtown and Dickson Street Entertainment District and the University of Arkansas.
In addition to moving locations, the Fayetteville office has rebranded its look to be synonymous with the Little Rock office. From the carpet to the color checkered wall, you will find many smaller-scaled similarities in the Fayetteville location. Although Sells has been in Fayetteville for a while now, we are excited to be settled into this new space!
